What Partners Need to Know

1. Free Advice Remains at the Core

Your clients continue to receive free initial assessment and general immigration advice through Citizens Advice BCP.

2. Clear Pathway to Specialist Support

Where complex immigration needs arise, your client may be invited to consider our specialist, regulated service.
They will always receive:

  • Free initial assessment
  • Transparent explanation of fee options and available exemptions
  • No‑pressure decision making

3. Protecting Vulnerable Clients

High‑risk groups may receive specialist support free of charge. This ensures that the most vulnerable people are not excluded due to cost, in line with our exemptions policy.

4. Distinct Sub Brand for Clarity

To prevent confusion, specialist services operate under the South West Immigration Services Hub identity — clearly separate from free Citizens Advice services but upholding the same values and standards.
